Ballroom dancing as marriage insurance.

Whatever your reasons may be, you can always invest in tools that will help prevent your marriage from falling off the path of togetherness. The more a couple builds a life together, the more responsibilities they have to tend to; and inevitably, the less time they end up spending on the actual relationship. How do I know this? I have seen it many times. In this article I will tell you how you can utilize Ballroom Dancing to add a new spark to your marriage or relationship.
So let’s start with the first date, when everything seems to be a never ending paradise. We were all there. At the beginning, one’s excitement is endless and life without the other is hard to fathom. Next thing you know, you are picking out the ring and planning the wedding. Ten years pass and life suddenly has become predictable. Between work, kids and keeping up with house chores, time away from the other is just a given. Dreams have been substituted by monthly bills, and romantic nights are now spent helping out with the children’s school work. Little by little, routine gets the best of us. One no longer, longs for the other with the original intensity, and one wonders whether the decisions made in the past were the right ones. Distance, resentment or just plain boredom threaten that connection that prompted one to commit to the other.
There is hope, nonetheless. There are several recreational activities a couple can engage in while attempting to spend more quality time together, yet I can assure you that the benefits Ballroom Dancing offers, will pretty much reign over any other options. Aside from the physical aspects like exercise, better posture, and even confidence in movement, I realized that dancing is the best way to re-ignite the most dormant of passions. This love, which was pretty much in a stagnant mood, will now manifest itself in a powerful manner, in both the physical and the emotional realms.
He will feel in control and very masculine, while she will trustingly follow his lead and learn how to react to his every movement. During the Rumba, one can feel this escalating rush of sexual energy flowing through one’s veins, still subtle and romantic enough to resemble the notion of courtship or even foreplay. During the Tango, a plethora of emotions might take over; one will feel the urge to unleash passion, anger and sexuality like one has never experienced before. The Cha-Cha will give one a sense of flirtation and anticipation, more like an upbeat, sensual chase.
I can definitely guarantee that after each lesson, this once “endangered” couple will not only have spent quality time together, but they will also start to develop a remarkable bond, like those wedding rings they once put on each other’s fingers. He will look forward to their dancing dates, while she will want to wear a sexy dress (to go with those sexy moves) just to please him. The rewards are endless. But most importantly, the connection is salvageable, and their love will now have a powerful tool to endure the ruthless passing of time. With that said, just pick up the phone, call the closest dance studio and sign up for lessons today.

Arthur Murray Winter Park, Dance Tips -Cha Cha

Hello, Welcome back to more ballroom Dance Facts from Arthur Murray Dance Studios, Winter Park. Visit our web site again anytime by going to: www.winterparkarthurmurray.com One of the most popular ballroom dances, the Cha-Cha, began in America around 1954 and was derived from the Mambo. The Mambo was wildly popular in American dance clubs in the 1950's but was a little too fast for many people. A Cuban violinist is credited with inventing the Cha-Cha because he slowed down the Mambo beat making it more appealing to dance enthusiasts. In this slowed down version of the Mambo there was a distinct 3 count beat or sound that people began dancing to. They first called this step the "triple Mambo." Soon this evolved into a separate dance known originally as the Cha-Cha-Cha, and today shortened to the Cha-Cha. Cha-Cha consists of two slower steps followed by 3 quick steps (the triple step or "cha-cha-cha.") The name Cha-Cha-Cha itself may derive from the distinct shuffling sound the dancers feet make in the triple step. Cha-Cha also includes turns, spins and dips, and hip movements give it a distinct Latin American flavor, making it a very lively and fun dance. Cha-Cha remains a very popular dance today and you can hear the rhythm of the Cha-Cha in the music of Janet Jackson, Carlos Santana, Prince, Gloria Estefan and many other contemporary artists. Learn the Cha-Cha basic steps in one of Introductory or Starter Programs Ready to give it a try? Remember you can get a complimentary trial dance lesson at Arthur Murray Dance Studio, Winter Park.
